Ashley Steinberg created Pulse10 Consulting with the belief that brand strategy, marketing, public relations, and operations must work together as a cohesive whole to drive sustainable growth and success. At Pulse10, we leverage subject matter expertise and proven methodologies to empower our clients to better understand changing markets, grow their brands, foster strategic partnerships, and achieve measurable, impactful results.

Ashley brings a unique perspective shaped by a career that spans both the publishing and consulting worlds. Early in her career, she worked in publishing with Warner Books, the Anita Diamant Agency, and the Kraas Literary Agency—supporting both emerging voices and established bestselling authors. She also worked as a freelance editor, helping authors refine their narratives and strengthen their manuscripts. These experiences ignited her passion for storytelling and author advocacy, which she now channels into Pulse10’s expanded focus on publicity and brand management for authors.

Prior to founding Pulse10, Ashley led commercial strategy consulting at top global agencies including DT Consulting, Slalom, and Capgemini. Customer satisfaction drives her leadership style, with a deep commitment to listening first and helping clients foster positive change and innovative solutions for individuals and communities.

In her “off hours,” Ashley can be found either writing her next children’s book, immersed in her latest read, or tapping her needles together as she knits another gift.
